Job summary

Verdego in Saint Augustine Beach, FL is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to supervise a small crew delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance year-round, with winter snow support as needed.

You will lead 2–3 team members on job sites, perform and oversee mowing, trimming, and cleanup, operate landscape tools, ensure safety and timely completion, and train new crew members. Snow duties included in winter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
