Job summary

Heartland LLC is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering quality commercial landscape maintenance. This year-round role includes winter snow support and opportunities for growth.

You will lead 2–3 crew members, supervise mowing, edging, and cleanup, operate landscape equipment, and ensure safety and timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
