Job summary

Columbia Landcare in Missouri is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to supervise a 2–3 person crew on commercial landscape maintenance projects year-round, with seasonal snow support in winter.

You will lead daily on-site operations, perform mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup, operate trucks and landscape tools, ensure quality and safety, track hours and materials, and train new crew members to support onboarding and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
