DJ's Landscape in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring full-time Lawn & Landscaping Crew Leader positions. These roles are year-round and transition to snow and ice management in winter. You will lead a crew through mowing, edging, pruning, mulching and improvement projects, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

DJ’s is now hiring for full-time lawn and landscape crew leader positions! These are year-round positions that transition into snow and ice management tasks in the winter. Join Michigan’s largest landscape management company in one of the following areas:

• Lawn Maintenance (Mowing, Edging, Trimming, etc.)
• Landscape Maintenance (Weeding, Mulch Installation, Pruning, etc.)
• Landscape Enhancement (Plant Installs, Grading, Hydroseeding, etc.)

Team Members Benefits

• Competitive base pay:$22 - $28+ per hour,based on position and experience

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related lawn and landscape experience is required
• Equipment operating experience applicable to area of focus
• Possess a chauffeur's driver’s license is required
• Ability to obtain a DOT is required
• Experience driving a truck w/ trailer
• Possess a smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties
• Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
• Desire to grow and improve
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extendedperiod
• Other duties as assigned
