Job summary

DJ’s Landscape Management is hiring for multiple full-time lawn and landscape positions for Spring 2027 in Michigan. Areas include lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, bed maintenance, flower planting, and landscape construction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years lawn and landscape experience
• Equipment operating experience for area of focus
• Possess a chauffeur's license or ability to obtain one
• Experience driving a truck w trailer
• Smartphone to track time/materials and navigate properties
• Desire and ability to work with a team
• Able to work outdoors in varied conditions

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and perform lawn maintenance tasks
• Carry out landscape maintenance such as pruning, mulching, and bed care
• Assist with planting, irrigation, and seasonal color changes
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures
• Support team with daily job duties and logistics

• Landscape Maintenance (Bark Mulch Installation, Pruning, etc.)
• Bed Maintenance / Vegetation Control (Weeding, Spraying)
• Flower Planting / Gardening (Seasonal color, Planter/Pot Change-Out, Watering)
• Landscape Construction (Planting, Grading, Hydroseeding, etc.)

Requirements

For Crew Leaders and Technicians:

• 1-2 years of related lawn and landscape experience
• Equipment operating experience applicable to area of focus
• Possess a chauffeur's driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire
• Experience driving a truck w/ trailer
• Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties

For All Team Members:

• Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals

• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extendedperiod
