DJ's Landscape Management is hiring for full-time lawn and landscape positions in Muskegon, MI. The team is growing for Spring 2027 and offers opportunities across lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, bed maintenance, gardening, and construction tasks.

Competitive hourly pay ranges from $17 to $28+ depending on position and experience. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, disability coverage, E-Verify, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related lawn and landscape experience
• Possess a chauffeur's license or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Experience driving a truck with trailer
• Smartphone to track time and material and navigate properties

Responsibilities

• Lawn maintenance including mowing
• Landscape maintenance such as bark mulch installation and pruning
• Bed maintenance and vegetation control including weeding and spraying
• Flower planting and gardening with seasonal color and planter changes
• Landscape construction tasks like planting, grading, and hydroseeding

• Lawn Maintenance (Mowing)
• Landscape Maintenance (Bark Mulch Installation, Pruning, etc.)
• Bed Maintenance / Vegetation Control (Weeding, Spraying)
• Flower Planting / Gardening (Seasonal color, Planter/Pot Change-Out, Watering)
• Landscape Construction (Planting, Grading, Hydroseeding, etc.)

Requirements:

For Crew Leaders and Technicians:

• 1-2 years of related lawn and landscape experience
• Equipment operating experience applicable to area of focus
• Possess a chauffeur's driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire
• Experience driving a truck w/ trailer
• Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties

For All Team Members:

• Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
• Desire to grow and improve
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extendedperiod
• Other duties as assigned
