DJ’s Landscape Management is hiring for full-time Lawn & Landscape positions in Comstock Park, MI (Job Id: 3401). Roles include Lawn Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance, Bed Maintenance, Flower Planting, and Landscape Construction for Spring 2027. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Must meet experience and licensing requirements; company promotes from within and offers ongoing training, career advancement, and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related lawn and landscape experience.
• Equipment operating experience applicable to area of focus.
• Possess a chauffeur's driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience driving a truck w/ trailer.
• Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties.
• Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.

• Lawn Maintenance (Mowing)
• Landscape Maintenance (Bark Mulch Installation, Pruning, etc.)
• Bed Maintenance / Vegetation Control (Weeding, Spraying)
• Flower Planting / Gardening (Seasonal color, Planter/Pot Change-Out, Watering)
• Landscape Construction (Planting, Grading, Hydroseeding, etc.)

Requirements: For Crew Leaders and Technicians:
