Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Missouri to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service in a home improvement store.

You'll assist with locating merchandise, supporting team members across departments, and have opportunities to learn trade skills while benefiting from Lowe's health plans, tuition assistance, a 401(k) match, and a 10% associate discount.

Formación

• 6 months of experience using a computer for basic tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
