Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right home improvement products, delivering friendly, professional service throughout their shopping experience.

You will assist with locating merchandise, stock replenishment, and checkout, while adapting to daily store needs across departments. The role emphasizes reliability and a customer-first attitude to support Lowe's customers.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and basic retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
