Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP seeks an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support the full-cycle lateral attorney recruitment across Portland, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle offices. The role coordinates sourcing, application tracking, interview scheduling, offer administration, and onboarding logistics in collaboration with HR, practice groups, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 2-5 years of recruiting, human resources, or professional services administration; law firm experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with attorneys, candidates, leadership, vendors, and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Workday and applicant tracking systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Attorney Recruiting Manager and practice group leaders in executing recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
• Maintain relationships with legal search firms, candidates, and referral sources as the primary recruiting logistics contact.
• Review materials, maintain candidate records, and facilitate movement through the recruiting process.
• Coordinate all interview logistics, materials, feedback collection, and recruiting records.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and offices to ensure a smooth transition for lateral hires.
• Support partner recruiting by coordinating interviews, candidate materials, and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain recruiting data, ATS, and reports to support team operations and data accuracy.
• Assist with recruiting projects, process improvements, and other initiatives.
