Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle lateral associate recruiting across all practice groups in either Portland or Seattle. You will partner with firm leadership to define hiring needs, build candidate pipelines, and manage interview processes and onboarding.

The role requires 8–10 years in law-firm recruiting, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder relationships. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR credential is a plus.
• 8–10 years of recruiting experience in a law firm, legal org, or law school career services.
• Proven success in managing lateral attorney recruitment across practice areas.
• Strong understanding of law firm structures and talent market.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle lateral associate recruiting for all practice groups.
• Partner with practice leaders to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop pipelines through referrals, associations, and sourcing tools.
• Coordinate interview processes and onboarding; support partner recruitment.
