Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Manager in the Portland or Seattle office. You will oversee the full-cycle lateral associate recruiting, partnering with practice group leaders and firm leadership to identify, evaluate, and onboard top talent.

Candidate pools will be built through firm networks, bar associations, and industry sources. You will supervise the Attorney Recruiting Coordinator and help drive a positive recruitment experience for candidates and partners alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of law firm recruiting experience.
• Experience managing lateral attorney recruitment across multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of law firm structures and talent market.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools and analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle lateral associate recruiting across practice groups.
• Partner with practice leaders to define hiring needs and profiles.
• Develop relationships with search firms and referral sources.
• Generate candidate pools through LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Review resumes and coordinate interview process with stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding for lateral associates and support partners' recruitment.
• Supervise and mentor the Attorney Recruiting Coordinator.
