Job summary

The role supports summer associate programs, on-campus recruitment, and entry-level hiring across US offices, coordinating events, interviews, and candidate outreach while maintaining data accuracy.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a law firm or professional services setting, with strong MS Office skills and experience with viRecruit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of law firm or professional services experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, especially viRecruit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate law school and entry-level recruitment activities.
• Plan and execute the US Summer Program and related events.
• Schedule and manage interviews, callbacks, and visits for applicants.
• Liaise with law schools, candidates, and firm lawyers on outreach.
• Maintain recruitment databases and prepare reports.
