Vanderbilt Law School in Nashville seeks a Community Lead to join the Building Operations team. This in-person role is the primary contact for guests, faculty, staff, and students, creating a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include front desk oversight, event support, daily operations, and assistance with safety and maintenance. The role reports to the Operations Manager and helps uphold the Law School’s standards across its space and programs.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in security, customer service, sales, or academic setting or equivalent education/skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in monitoring front entrance during set business hours.
• Answers main phone line and directs inquiries.
• Greet guests and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Assist with event planning, room scheduling, and coordination.
• Support daily operations and procurement tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager.
• Back-up to Mailroom Manager and replenish printing supplies.
• Coordinate student worker schedules for front desk coverage.
