Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultations.
• Manage attorney calendars to maximize efficiency.
• Enter and maintain accurate client data in our Case Management System.
• Monitor and respond to calls, emails, and voicemails promptly.
• Process deposits, invoices, and check requests.
