About the Role

This is a hybrid role. Team members are required to be in the Miamisburg, Ohio office weekly on Monday & Tuesday.

As a telephonic Client Manager, your purpose is to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding channel partner relationships. You will work with moderately complex Law Library assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management processes. You will collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, provide sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Having direct contact with Law Library Clients and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals
• Identifying, targeting, and maximizing revenue and growth opportunities
• Developing solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
• Taking responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationship
• Providing customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issues
• Continuing to build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs

Requirements

• Display solid business-to-business sales experience
• Demonstrate proven success in negotiating contracts and closing business
• Display previous account management and marketing experience
• Have solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
