Job summary

Alston & Bird LLP in New York City seeks an AI Solutions Analyst to advance our Knowledge Innovation team. You will translate business needs into intelligent AI workflows, work closely with attorneys, and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools across platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in legal tech or AI workflow design, with skills in prompt engineering, low/no‑code automation, and API familiarity. This role focuses on improving attorney productivity and client service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; legal tech or AI workflow design experience is preferred.
Prompt engineering or product support experience with low/no‑code tools is valuable.
Familiarity with Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

Partner with attorneys to identify AI-driven workflow opportunities and translate objectives into solutions.
Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered workflows for document review, due diligence, and research.
Act as liaison between legal and technical teams, ensuring requirements are met and explained.
Monitor, test, and optimize AI workflows; develop reusable templates and best practices.
Provide training, documentation, and user support to drive adoption of AI tools.
