Denovo Review in New Jersey is seeking a Director of Law Firm Operations to own the day-to-day function and partner with leadership to scale efficiency.

This role goes beyond traditional administration, granting authority over people, systems, technology, workflow, and budgets to keep attorneys focused on clients and cases.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in law firm operations, strong leadership, and a track record of implementing processes and automation in a high-volume, multi-office firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of law firm operations or management experience.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Experience creating systems, processes and accountability.
• Comfort with technology, data and automation.
• Excellent judgment and a strong sense of ownership.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• High-volume and/or multi-office law firm experience a plus.
