You will supervise department managers, optimize workflows, implement performance metrics, and improve case velocity while supporting sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of operations leadership in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams with KPI dashboards.
• Proven ability to implement SOPs, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and confidential data handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and operational execution across intake, admin, finance, technology, HR, and client service.
• Oversee daily operations, establish scalable processes, and optimize workflows.
• Develop and monitor KPI dashboards; drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Drive adoption of legal tech and AI tools; ensure SOPs and compliance.
