Eversheds Sutherland in Atlanta seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead day-to-day end-user tech operations, deliver secure and reliable services, and drive AI-enabled initiatives for client service and efficiency.

You will lead the IT team in-office, shaping strategy, governance, and project delivery while partnering with security, engineering, and practice leadership to advance technology standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ in leadership roles.
• Law firm or professional services familiarity preferred.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user computing, Service Desk, and desktop support across offices.
• Oversee AI adoption and innovation to improve client service and efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and asset lifecycle.
• Ensure security controls and compliance with frameworks.
