Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead end-user operations, service delivery, and the integration of legal applications. You will partner with CISOs, practice leaders, and IT leadership to set strategy, manage budgets, and ensure secure, high-quality technology for attorneys and staff.

In this in-office role, you will supervise the IT team, drive modernization (Intune/Azure), and advance AI-enabled workflows while maintaining strong client service

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in IT leadership.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, multi-year roadmap, and budgets aligned with firm priorities.
• Oversee Service Desk, on-site and remote support, and AV tech across offices.
• Manage core legal platforms and application lifecycle (DMS, ERP, conflicts, CRM, e-billing).
• Drive AI adoption, governance, and security/compliance programs.
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and asset management; ensure documentation and training.
