Job summary

Ogletree Deakins is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives within OD Labs, including custom software development, AI adoption, and vendor deployments. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment with the AI Architect and BAs.

The role requires strong communication with firm leadership, experience delivering technology in a law-firm setting, and ability to drive work with incomplete requirements and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 5+ years in a law-firm environment or legal operations.
• 2+ years leading technical projects such as software deployments or AI adoption.
• Experience with project budgets, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of OD Labs initiatives from initiation to active use.
• Manage MVP-focused delivery with tight scope and limited concurrent projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Plan and lead project team meetings and action tracking.
• Maintain risk, issue, and dependency logs with proposed solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure alignment with MVP goals.
• Translate practice group needs into actionable requirements with BAs.
• Provide project status updates to firm leadership and stakeholders.
• Support change management, rollout planning, and adoption metrics.
