Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking a Business Technology Advisor to work with the Director of Innovation and business services groups to ensure the right tools and processes empower professionals to perform efficiently.

The role combines strong technical skills with a consulting approach and coaching, driving experimentation and scaled adoption of AI, automation, and workflow redesign across operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
Project or product management experience with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of back-office and operational workflows across functions.
Fluency with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform; data concepts and integration basics.
Familiarity with Claude and AI tooling for enterprise use.

Responsibilities

Assess and support business services needs with technology solutions.
Evaluate and adopt Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, and Dataverse apps.
Monitor effectiveness of solutions and train business professionals.
Map workflows, design and build solutions, and reuse templates.
Lead adoption programs, training, and change management.
Ensure governance, data security, and collaboration with IT and risk teams.
