Job summary

DeMayo Law Offices, LLP is seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee technology systems, infrastructure, and end-user support in a fast-paced law firm environment. You will lead Salesforce workflows, security, and AI-driven automation initiatives to improve firm-wide efficiency.

Based in Charlotte, NC, this hybrid role requires strategic leadership, strong vendor management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions that protect sensitive data and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, and support.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration: permissions, configuration, reporting, workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI solutions and business automation tools.
• Strong IT security, data privacy, access controls, and risk management.
• Experience managing vendors, software licensing, budgets, and project progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and end-user support.
• Manage and improve IT systems, business applications, and technology processes.
• Administer Salesforce: user management, permissions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions to improve productivity, automate workflows, and streamline business operations.
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process improvement.
• Manage technology budgets, software licenses, project progress lists, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain IT security, data protection, system reliability, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Manage and develop IT staff while ensuring timely, effective support for employees.
• Establish operational standards, monitor system performance, and resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support organizational growth.
