Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to act as a trusted partner for our NYC, White Plains, Long Island, Albany, Philadelphia, and Berkeley Heights offices.

You will develop targeted BD plans, build relationships with partners and clients, and drive firmwide initiatives to grow revenue and market visibility. The role requires senior BD experience in law firms or professional services, strong communication, and the ability to travel among offices.

Qualifications

• Proactive relationship manager with ability to build credibility with senior leaders and professionals across multiple offices.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills to drive participation in BD initiatives.
• Ability to tailor programs to different office cultures, priorities, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BD partner for assigned offices and maintain regular leadership engagement.
• Develop office-specific BD plans to generate new business and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with communications and proposal teams to support pitches and client context.
