Job summary

Skydio, a leading US drone company, seeks a driven customer-facing Program Manager to lead all aspects of implementation and delivery for Law Enforcement customers in Los Angeles.

Join the Mission Success team as the liaison for the LAPD and manage contracts across planning, risk, budgeting, scheduling, and performance improvements. Strong PM, communication, and agile experience are essential, with FAA Part 107 encouraged within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing professional services or program management experience, preferably for law enforcement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on project management tools and concepts.
• Proven track record of implementing new technology and agile development.
• Experience implementing internal business systems and controls for large-scale Law Enforcement projects.
• FAA Part 107 certification encouraged (required for certain positions).

Responsibilities

• Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities for law enforcement clients.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them to Skydio’s agile product and technical teams.
• Establish relationships with Law Enforcement customers and stakeholders.
• Inform Skydio and customer leadership regarding contract management risks and performance.
• Support go-to-market and business activities as required.

You will join our Mission Success team, and will be Skydio's Law Enforcement customer liaison with Los Angeles Police Department and broadly responsible for the success of our contracts to include: project planning, technical execution, risk management, problem solving, budget, performance improvements and scheduling... Compensation:

... The annual base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $180,000*.
