Job summary

Curtis Blue Line, the law enforcement division of L.N. Curtis & sons, seeks a Customer Account Representative to assist law enforcement in outfitting gear and managing orders.

You will measure and fit personnel for uniforms and body armor, while also handling customer inquiries via phone and email. As part of a dual role, you will maintain relationships with customers, learn product offerings, and ensure accurate purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Must have or be capable of learning the Emergency Responder Equipment market.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for law enforcement customers and accounts, handling inquiries and updates.
• Learn and communicate all product offerings (tactical gear, uniforms, body armor).
• Educate customers on product lines and maintain showroom knowledge.
• Provide quality face-to-face customer service, including one-on-one interactions.
• Size customers in-store for uniforms/equipment/body armor.
• Draft and finalize POs according to customer needs.
• Process P.O.s via phone and email accurately.
• Perform high volumes of order entries quickly and accurately.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and stock levels.
• Support management with additional duties as needed.
