Rutgers Law School – Camden seeks a Career Counseling Officer to support law students and alumni with career development, employment resources, and events, reporting to the Assistant Dean for Career Development. The role leads employer outreach, develops programs, and oversees the Judicial Clerkship Program, coordinating applications and opportunities with judges, bar associations, and employers.

Qualificações

• J.D. degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of law practice experience.
• Progressive experience in career development or related role.
• Demonstrated supervision and leadership experience.
• Experience with program development and implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employer outreach and relationship-building across the legal community.
• Develop and implement career development programs, resources, and initiatives.
• Manage operations of the Center for Career Development.
• Advise students and alumni on career planning and market trends.
• Support the Judicial Clerkship Program and expand placements.
