Job summary

The Office of Career & Professional Development (OCPD) at the University of Wisconsin Law School is seeking an energetic, service- and detail-oriented team member to support the Office’s efforts to provide Law students with rewarding career opportunities.

OCPD provides counseling, programming related to job search skills, networking opportunities, and recruitment programs, and facilitates pro bono/experiential learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides students with information about internships, career planning and employment opportunities.
• Coaches students through the recruiting process.
• Develops relationships and knowledge of relevant industries.
• Schedules logistics and secures resources for on‑campus recruiting.
• Serves as a primary contact for employers regarding recruitment and engagement.
• Manages OCPD expenses, calendar, and admin duties; participates in campus career services community.
