Widener University Delaware Law School is seeking a Career Development & Experiential Learning Coordinator to manage the Career Development Office and Experiential Learning programs in Wilmington, DE. You will deliver career counseling, coordinate jobs and field placements, and support ABA reporting while engaging students and alumni.

You will report to senior leadership and help organize on-campus and external opportunities, mentoring programs, and field placement communications to strengthen

Formación

• Associate’s degree required.
• Three (3+) years of secretarial/administrative experience supporting senior-level staff.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and respond to office email/phone from employers, courts, and graduates.
• Coordinate job postings and promotions with employers and Symplicity database.
• Recruit and coordinate on/off-campus OCI programs and postings in Symplicity.
• Maintain ABA employment data and ensure compliance reporting.
