• Proficiency in all forms of written advocacy at the trial level, including dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, jury instructions, and verdict forms.
• Partnering closely with trial counsel to preserve issues for appeal, develop legal strategy, and lead briefing on complex legal issues.
• Experience managing law and motion teams for trial, working on MDLs, bellwether trials, and coordinated state court proceedings is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the product liability and mass tort space is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership on matters, capable of managing multiple significant matters simultaneously, and supervising junior attorneys.
• Comfortable managing complex litigation workflows and coordinating across multiple teams.
• Clerkships are preferred.
