Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in brief writing, case management, and proficiency with all forms of written advocacy at the trial level.
• Ability to lead briefing on complex legal issues and to serve as embedded appellate counsel on trial teams.
• Leadership experience on matters and the ability to manage multiple significant matters simultaneously.
• Experience in product liability and mass tort space is a plus.
• Clerkships are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation workflows across trial teams.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to drive trial strategy and preserve issues for appeal.
• Supervise junior attorneys and lead law and motion teams (MDLs, bellwether trials, state court coordination).
