Nestlé is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own and deliver territory sales by building relationships with Store Managers and retail staff. This Laurel, MD area role requires living within 50 miles and traveling as needed to visit client sites and events.

The role focuses on delivering Nestlé’s retail value, including displays, new items, price compliance, and promotional support, with a pay range shown below and annual bonus potential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales/merchandising experience desirable.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with store-level personnel to drive volume through business reviews.
• Leads responsible use of financial resources.
• Ensures pricing guideline compliance at retail level.
• Reports price changes and promotions; resolves issues.
• Identifies voids; ensures new items are available.
• Merchandises to achieve schematic compliance and shelf rotation.
• Maintains relations with territory personnel to maximize sales.
