Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Jackson Hole seeks a dedicated LaundryAttendant to manage linens and related items for the resort. You will sort, inspect, and process laundry, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency across housekeeping and guest areas.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected. Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Basic level of English required.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push/pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collected, sorted, and categorized linens, terry, and other laundry items by fabric type and soil level.
• Inspected linens for stains or wear and separated items for treatment or replacement.
• Loaded and unloaded washers and dryers with proper capacity and procedures.
• Prepared wet linens for finishing and fed sheets, towels, and napkins into ironing equipment.
• Operated ironers, folders, and finishing equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Folded, stacked, hung, and organized clean towels, robes, rugs, and linens.
• Distributed clean linen inventory to Housekeeping areas and guest rooms.
• Assisted with linen and terry processing to maintain inventory levels.
• Responded to guest and departmental requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintained laundry equipment and reported issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Collected, sorted, and categorized linens, terry, and other laundry items according to fabric type, soil level, and cleaning requirements.




• Inspected linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and separated items requiring special treatment or replacement.




• Loaded and unloaded washers and dryers, ensuring proper machine capacity, cycle selection, and handling procedures.




• Prepared wet linens for finishing by shaking, straightening, and feeding sheets, table linens, and napkins into ironing equipment.




• Operated ironers, folders, and other finishing equipment to process linens while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.




• Folded, stacked, hung, and organized clean towels, robes, rugs, and linens for storage and distribution.




• Distributed clean linen inventory throughout the resort, including Housekeeping areas, public spaces, and guest room locations.




• Assisted with resort-wide linen and terry processing to maintain adequate inventory levels and support daily operations.




• Responded to guest and departmental requests promptly, ensuring special items and service needs were handled accurately.




• Maintained laundry equipment in safe operating condition and reported mechanical issues, malfunctions, or maintenance needs to management.




• Supported Laundry and Housekeeping operations as needed to ensure efficient workflow and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.




• Basic level of English is required.




• High attention to detail and customer service skills.




• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.




• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs.
