Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a laundry supervisor at Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will supervise and train staff to ensure safe, efficient laundry operations and assist in maintenance and program improvements.

The role requires 1–2 years in laundry operations and supervisory experience, with English literacy and Spanish knowledge preferred. On-site position with employee benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in all phases of commercial laundry operation.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and write in English; knowledge of Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision and training of employees to ensure safety and efficiency of the laundry operation.
• Responsible for minor maintenance and testing as well as preventative maintenance on all machines and boilers.
• Assists Manager in implementing programs/procedures designed to improve the efficiency and quality of service.

A little about this position:

• Responsible for the supervision and training of employees to ensure safety and efficiency of the laundry operation.

Requirements:

• High school gradute or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years experience in all phases of commerical laundry operation.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven track record for maintaining production schedules.
• Valid State of California Driver's License.
• Ability to read and write in the English Lauguage.
• Knowledge of Spanish preferred.

Hourly pay rate: $23.00 to $24.58
