Job summary

Mammoth Mountain, part of Alterra Resorts, is seeking a Laundry Supervisor in Mammoth Lakes, CA. The role focuses on supervising and training staff to ensure safe and efficient laundry operations, with responsibility for minor maintenance and preventative tasks on equipment and boilers.

The position supports managers in implementing programs to improve efficiency and service quality, requiring a high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school gradute or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven track record for maintaining production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision and training of employees to ensure safety and efficiency of the laundry operation.
• Responsible for minor maintenance and testing as well as preventative maintenance on all machines and boilers.
• Assists Manager in implementing programs/procedures designed to improve the efficiency and quality of service.

A little about this position:

• Responsible for the supervision and training of employees to ensure safety and efficiency of the laundry operation.
• Responsible for minor maintenance and testing as well as preventative maintenance on all machines and boilers.
• Assists Manager in implementing programs/procedures designed to improve the efficiency and quality of service.

Requirements:

• High school gradute or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years experience in all phases of commerical laundry operation.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven track record for maintaining production schedules.
• Valid State of California Driver’s License.
• Ability to read and write in the English Lauguage.
• Knowledge of Spanish preferred.

Hourly pay rate: $23.00 to $24.58
