Responsibilities

• Oversee Laundry staff and supervise daily department operations to meet business and budgetary goals.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure efficient day‑to‑day Laundry operations.
• Monitor equipment and report or address maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain labor costs and motivate employees to perform to maximum capacity.

Job description

• The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for ensuring our guests laundry and dry clean need fulfilled. Ensuring that the other department Linen and Terry need distributed in timely manner. Make sure that all machinery works and report any damage or maintenance request.
• Laundry Supervisor need to ensure to maintain labor cost including motivating employee to perform to the maximum capacity.

• The Laundry Supervisor works with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Laundry Department.
• Provides supervision for the Laundry staff and ensures the department is meeting the company’s business and budgetary goals.
