Job summary

Laundry Capital Co. LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support daily store operations in Brooklyn, NY. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and retail purchases while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming.

The role requires cash handling, product knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with focus on friendly service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Professional communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation, retail sales purchases and with questions.
• Responsible for accurately utilizing the cash register or point of sale computer.
• Keeps products stocked and reports inventory or janitorial items running low.
• Reports maintenance issues using log books and informs supervisor of unsafe situations.
• Adheres to company policies, including attendance and wearing a clean uniform.
• Maintains a safe store environment and follows safety practices.
