Job summary

Laundry Capital Co. LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Jamaica, NY location to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with laundry cards, selecting machines, processing purchases, and handling wash-and-fold orders, while staying informed about products and promotions. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and professionalism with customers.
• Follows safety and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and services.
• Operate cash register and POS system accurately.
• Recommend products and upsell related items.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and safe at all times.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
