Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in day-to-day operations at the model home or sales office. You will greet prospects, schedule and conduct showings, and help guide buyers through the homebuying process while ensuring materials are accurate.

You will work with marketing and sales teams to announce events, manage listings, and maintain a high-quality customer experience that drives neighborhood sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work evenings/weekends to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and manage appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Assist NSM in setting up the sales office for success and stocking brochures.
• Present home options, answer questions, and guide buyers through the progression and loan information.
• Coordinate listings for StanleyMartin.com and MLS, and ensure materials are accurate.
