Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager and drive homebuyer experiences. You will greet prospects, schedule visits, and help buyers navigate the home search and purchasing process with a strong emphasis on service and accurate materials.

You will work across marketing and sales teams, manage brochures and listings, and help ensure the neighborhood presents well and meets sales goals.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach in scheduling and client interactions.
• Ability to learn and adapt to Stanley Martin’s sales processes and materials.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to support homebuyers.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and schedule appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Assist Neighborhood Sales Manager by setting up the sales office for success.
• Show available homes and learn buyer priorities to guide home search.
• Prepare and stock brochure materials; audit marketing content for accuracy.
• Coordinate with marketing to announce events and update listings on StanleyMartin.com and MLS.
• Ensure neighborhoods look presentable and provide high-quality customer service to meet sales goals.
