Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM) to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in setting up and managing the model home sales office. You will greet prospects, learn buyer needs, and present available homes to drive sales.

You will coordinate materials, audit marketing content, and respond to inquiries about home progress and loan information. You’ll also manage MLS listings and ensure the neighborhood presents well to buyers.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated by hitting sales goals.
• Exhibits active listening, confidence, and respectful communication.
• Has used a customer service approach in previous work.
• Eager to learn new technology quickly.
• Detail oriented for reviewing marketing materials and contracts.
• Able to stay organized to track prospect outreach and sales needs.

• Proficient in various software systems, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Assist NSM in setting up the sales office for success and stocking brochure material.
• Audit sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy.
• Interact with customers to answer questions about home progress, loan information, etc.
• Submit listing information for StanleyMartin.com and MLS.
• Help maintain a high-quality neighborhood appearance and strong customer service to meet sales goals.
