Stanley Martin Homes, a leading homebuilder, seeks an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in day-to-day operations at the model home or sales office. You will greet prospects, present options, and ensure accurate marketing materials while guiding buyers through the process.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings and weekends, with frequent interaction with marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to review marketing materials and contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with learning new technology.
• Ability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and manage appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Assist NSM in setting up the sales office for success and stocking brochure materials.
• Audit marketing materials and website details for accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers through the buying process and answer questions on loan info.
• Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and MLS.
