Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager to join the team in supporting the Neighborhood Sales Manager. The role involves greeting prospects, coordinating appointments, stocking materials, and auditing marketing content to ensure accuracy.

You will assist buyers through the process and liaise with corporate marketing for events and listings. You will help maintain an organized sales office, participate in local events, and uphold high standards of customer service

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and schedule/coordinate appointments at the model home or sales office.
• Support Neighborhood Sales Manager in setting up the sales office for success.
• Maintain brochures, audit materials, and ensure website/MLS listings are accurate.
• Assist customers through the buying process and answer questions about progress and financing.
