Qualifications
- Newly licensed real estate professional seeking full-time commitment.
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication.
- Learning-based, growth-minded and organized with time management.
- Willing to learn and run proven scripts and dialogues.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch.
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
- Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
- Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
- Conduct two open houses monthly.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
- Participate in team activities per team standards.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
- Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
