Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a driven financial advisor to build a personal practice backed by a strong branch team and home-office support. You’ll help clients set and pursue long-term financial goals—retirement, education, and wealth strategies—while earning through a blend of salary, commissions, and new-asset incentives.

You'll receive extensive training, licensing support, and a structured five-year path with a supplement salary, with opportunities across a nationwide network of advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services experience or sales background is required.
• Licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and FINRA/insurance licenses needed within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients through in-person and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients' needs to deliver personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and adjust the business plan.
• Foster a mutually trusting, respectful, and accountable branch environment.
