The role offers trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions, and opportunities for new assets. Training and branch support accompany a path to ownership across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry.
• Financial services and/or sales experience
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
• Professional and/or military career progression

• Build client relationships through face-to-face and virtual sourcing to grow practice.
• Understand client goals and create personalized investment strategies to meet them.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the team to implement and adjust branch business plans for better results.
• Create an engaging and trustworthy branch environment based on mutual respect and accountability.
