Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Experience in financial services and/or sales.
• FINRA licensing or state registrations required within months.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand client needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch to monitor and adjust the business plan for results.
• Create an engaging branch environment centered on trust and accountability.
