Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services experience or sales experience is valued.
• Licensing requirements (SIE, Series 7/66, FINRA) may apply and ongoing training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients’ needs to develop personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and monitor the branch business plan.
