Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry or related field.
• Sales experience in financial services or similar markets.
• Licensing or certification in financial services (SIE/Series 7/66) within required timelines.
• Professional or military career progression is acceptable as related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs and priorities to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Oversee branch processes and roles to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to develop and monitor the branch business plan.
• Foster an engaging, collaborative branch environment built on trust and accountability.
